Good Afternoon!
During our whole school worship this forthcoming week, the children will grow in their understanding of these key messages...
- We can listen to John’s message to prepare our hearts for Jesus by saying sorry to God.
- As Pilgrims of Hope we can live in hope by making good decisions about how we live and love others today, so we can follow God’s way into the future.
OUR LEARNING THIS WEEK...
ENGLISH - The children have been exploring the meaning of a range of vocabulary, linked to their weekly spelling. We have been investigating adding the prefix 'super-' and exploring how this changes the meaning of the root word, please encourage your child to continue practising their spellings at home.
MATHS - This week, we have been continuing to develop our understanding of multiplication and division. The children worked hard to solve a range of real life word problems involving multiplying by 8, using a range of mathematical skills and reasoning.

At Our Lady's we like to support our parents/carers in Online Safety matters.
Keeping children and young people safe online is one of the biggest challenges facing society today and it is all of our responsibility to ensure that children are educated to make positive, informed choices when they are online.
This month’s online safety guide gives helpful advice about…
What Parents & Educators Need to Know about TikTok. This online safety guide examines the TikTok app, highlighting risks such as inappropriate content, data misuse, addictive use, and stranger contact.
We hope you find these guides informative and helpful in promoting the positive use of technology to make the online world a better and safer place for us all. Thank you.
