This week, the children have learned about Sarah and Abraham and their visitors.

Here is what we have been up to this week…

In Maths, the children have been working incredibly hard on their addition and subtraction skills. If they feel like they need more practice, daily 10 is a great option, they can set it to manual so there is no rushing!

In English, the children finished writing their "approaching danger narrative" the children have done a wonderful job of listening to feedback from their previous work and applying it to this piece.

In Science, the children investigated food chains, next week they'll be looking at food webs.

In art, the children "zoomed in" to enlarge part of a table,  piece of wood or a feather.

In PE, the children played Boccia, working really hard on their team work skills.

At Our Lady's we like to support our parents/carers in Online Safety matters.
Keeping children and young people safe online is one of the biggest challenges facing society today and it is all of our responsibility to ensure that children are educated to make positive, informed choices when they are online.

This month’s online safety guide gives helpful advice about…

What Parents & Educators Need to Know about FC26.  This online safety guide explores EA FC 26 – the latest edition of the immensely popular football game. It flags potential risks, including in-game purchases, scams, and exposure to strangers via voice chat.

We hope you find these guides informative and helpful in promoting the positive use of technology to make the online world a better and safer place for us all. Thank you.
