Well I really can’t believe that it’s time to say goodbye already. This year has gone by so quickly and I have enjoyed getting to know each of you individually and I am so proud of all of you! You have all been little stars and have worked so hard throughout the year and I’m really going to miss having you all in Year 5. However, I know you will continue to make us proud in Year 6 and show Mrs Ormerod what you are capable of! I hope you all have an enjoyable Summer and and have lots of fun. Keep safe and we will see you all when you return as our new Year 6!
A big thank you for all your lovely kind words, cards and gifts. It has been a great year and it has been a pleasure to teach you all! 🙏😊

Our Lady’s Talent Show
Our Lady’s was alive with talent yesterday. The show was organised by many of Year 5, who helped the show get off its feet and onto the stage, and was a great success! Well done to all our performers, you were all fabulous!👏🏻🤩👯🎶🎤👏🏻
In the afternoon, we were also treated to a music showcase with performances from Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. Then the choir performed some great songs to finish our afternoon off. Well done to our Year 5 choir members, many of which did solos showing off their beautiful voices! 👏🏻🎶🤩🎤👏🏻

This week’s prayer and liturgy was planned and led by Elsie and Harriet. The theme of their liturgy was thankfulness, with a focus on looking back at the good things we’ve been part of during the year. The girls invited the children to show gratitude to God and respond in prayer to the good things ‘He has showered on us’. The children had to share what they can do to spread their love this week. Jesus calls us to spread His love through our words and actions.
