Well everyone - we made it!! This has seemed like a very long six weeks, but by working together to support the children we have made it through to the holidays in one piece! I am in owe of all your hard work and I am amazed by all the wonderful work that the children have done at home. Thank-you so very much - I will be eternally grateful for all you have done to support me and the children this half term. Who knows what the future will hold, but we know that we can do this together and if we place our faith in the Lord, He will see us through. I really hope you are able to enjoy a little rest next week. I know we are still very limited by what we can do, but I am really looking forward to week away from the laptop; to finally getting to grips with Barak Obama, (my Christmas reading that keeps looking at me to remind me that I still have only read 100 pages!!) to have some long walks, to cook some lovely teas and to play lots of Scrabble!! Just to spend time with my family. I hope you are able to do the same.
With that in mind, I will not be available through email or Dojo after the end of the school day today. Please ensure that you have sent your child’s work to be by 1.30pm at the latest so that I have time to look at it and comment on it by the end of the school day. Anything sent after this time will be approved, so it goes into your child’s portfolio, but I will not be able to comment on them. Many thanks for your understanding.
Congratulations to all these children who are now at 100 dojo points or more!! Well done to Aihbin, Charlotte, Conleth, Emily, Gabriel, Laura, Nevaeh, Sara, Zachary, William, Ellenie, Stephen, Alexander, Luna and Olivia. You are all super star workers!!
