On Thursday 4th July, Year 4 had an RE retreat day at St Bede’s High School, the theme of the day was ‘Let Your Light Shine’. We joined other local Catholic Primary schools in Mass and it was a lovely celebration.
Jesus said to them, “A prophet is only despised in his own country, among his own relations and in his own house”; and He could work no miracle there, though He cured a few sick people by laying His hands on them. He was amazed at their lack of faith.

Spellings, times tables and homework
The children will be continuing to learn their spellings and tables given out on Monday 1st July 2024, this needs to be returned by Monday 8th July 2024.
