We have been extremely busy with our learning in Year 3 this week. Here’s what we have been up to…
In English, we have been enjoying Egyptology and preparing to write a secret diary entry as an Egyptologist.
In Maths, the children have continued their fraction work. Next week we will start the new topic: Time
In History, we have investigated how Christianity came to Britain during the Anglo Saxon period.
In PE, we continued the Athletics module, running, jumping and throwing.
In RE, we have been thinking about how the early Church links to how Catholics gather for Mass today.
In art, we created “op-art” inspired pieces using collage methods. There were lots of excellent optical illusions!
