Our learning this week…
In English the children have finished our diary entries and have written the first two paragraphs of our narrative text. This piece if writing id definitely going to wow the reader!
Our focus in maths has been looking at dividing 3 digit numbers by 1 digit using the part part whole model.
In RE we have begun looking at the Incarnation and understanding that this is when the invisible God became visible as a human being on earth. We could not see Him before He became incarnate - He became human. We also looked at the Nicene Creed and what it means to us. Father visited class and Luke successfully answered his riddle and so the class won a reward. Well done Luke!
The children took part in Mass on Thursday and read with clarity the Gospel to the congregation.
In science we practised using thermometers accurately ready for our experiment on finding the melting point of substances next week.
Sporting opportunities
Please see the flyers. Badminton and Cricket are free. I am not sure if there is a cost for the rugby.

This month’s online safety guide gives helpful advice about…
What Parents and Educators Need to Know about Digital Devices & Wellbeing A #WakeUpWednesday guide helping parents and educators understand how digital devices affect children’s wellbeing and how to promote healthier habits.
